FIGI Project – Faculty of Engineering & Large Enterprises
Since 2005, the Faculty of Engineering at Sapienza has established a Memorandum of Understanding with several large and medium-sized enterprises to implement the FIGI project (Faculty of Engineering and Large Enterprises).
The FIGI project represents an opportunity for collaboration between the Faculty of Engineering and the corporate sector. Based on a stable and structured support system, FIGI oversees various activities aimed at both developing an updated educational offering, enhancing the quality of graduates and facilitating their entry into the job market, and conducting research projects of common interest between partner companies and the university.
FIGI’s objectives include:
• Providing a business-oriented educational offer: Targeting students of the Faculty of Engineering, supporting the design and development of educational programs aligned with market demands, and incorporating interactive teaching methodologies.
• Promoting and organizing meetings with companies: Connecting students and graduates with businesses to enhance their industry knowledge and facilitate dialogue through innovative tools.
• Facilitating the transition of graduates into the job market: Supporting students in choosing career paths that align with their ambitions and market trends.
