The Administrative Manager (RAD) reports hierarchically to the General Director and is responsible for the department’s financial and administrative management.
Holding delegated spending and resource organization powers, the RAD issues all administrative and financial acts concerning the department.
The RAD is responsible for:
- drafting the department’s annual and three-year budget proposals based on the Director’s guidelines;
- exercising specific responsibilities as outlined in Sapienza’s financial and administrative regulations;
- attending Department Council and Executive Committee meetings as secretary;
- managing the administrative and financial support staff in coordination with the Director;
- assisting the Director in organizing courses, seminars, and conferences;
- implementing initiatives to improve the Department’s administrative and financial management.
